The pool has a thermal solar ... (Read more) The owners recently spent over $10k upgrading and insulating the ductwork to maximize the efficiency of the brand new HVAC unit. This is a huge feature to have in an older rental home knowing you won't have to worry about the rooms not cooling down enough or having huge electric bills during our scorching hot summers! The pool has a thermal solar system to heat it in the winter but will only increase the pool temperature by 10 degrees - enough to take the chill off (it runs the water via a pump through solar tubes to heat the water). The landlords are willing to remove furnishings if requested. Please be aware that the third large bedroom is currently unfurnished, but the landlord has a full size bed with linens, nightstand, lamp and artwork if needed and is willing to accomodate reasonable requests. They are also in the process of selecting an upgraded sofa with chaise lounge and a photo will be uploaded to show the option soon. The garage has a newer second side by side fridge/freezer. You won't be dealing with a difficult and unresponsive property management company!
