Honey, STOP THE CAR! This is a beautiful 2014 Schultz park model- like new, all furniture conveys. So many extras! The cabinets throughout are high end medium maple glazed with stainless pulls. Corian counter tops. Wonderful vaulted ceilings and a lot of beautiful plant shelves! Great neutral colors painted throughout. Tray ceilings with fans and beautiful lighting! Wonderful upgraded appliances all convey. Hickory flooring throughout! The outside is like a little slice of heaven with wonderful private back porch area by your own orange tree (great!) The carport is oversized and can fit multiple cars. The shed is large and has double doors for golf cart. There are work benches, stackable washer and dryer that convey and a water softener!
