Supplements: This is a great house! It has enough space for everyone but still feels like a cozy home. Thanks to the loft it feels like there are two living spaces, one for a kids or teenage hang out space and one for the parents. The kitchen is big and spacious with large Maple cabinets throughout the entire house. All appliances are like new and bought within the last two years. Gas stove for the gourmet cook. Some other upgrades of the house were the water softener which is a blessing in arizona. Upgraded maple stair banister with tiger striping. Pre-wired for 5.1 stereo setup as well as wiring in loft, master bedroom and porch for ceiling speakers. Home has in wall tubes for pest control. Large backyard with 2 citrus trees in it. One is a hybrid that produces lemonade and limes, and the other is an orange tree. They produce fruit every year. Fresh coat of paint inside and out. Both the high school and elementary school located in the neighborhood are great. Mountain View Elementary School is a STEAM School with an emphasis on science, technology, engineering, arts, and engineering. Currently one charter school is being built for the neighborhood and Legacy Traditional is only a mile away. A few miles down the road is the White Tanks mountains which has the best hiking and biking trails in Arizona. The White Tanks Mountain Library is amazing and has a great kids program. But the best thing about the house is the neighbors. The neighbors around us are all amazing truly wonderful and have been there since the beginning.
